Airport Shuttle Service

Shuttles are available to the start & from the finish at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. One way & round trip service is available on select days only. Some restrictions apply.

Hotel Shuttle

Hotel Shuttle  is our fee based service for guests staying at off-site LODGING. Each day after riders have collected their luggage, Lodging Delivery will transport your luggage, bike and you from camp to select local off-site lodging locations between 2pm-6pm. You are then free to cycle to dinner or explore from the hotel.   In the morning, Lodging Delivery will pick-up your luggage only between 7am-8am and transport it back to the luggage truck. You are then free to cycle to the camp ground for breakfast or take off on the tour route. Sign-up before or during the tour! Either way– it’s easy, convenient, and most of all very affordable. This service is $25 per day. NOTE: Lodging Delivery will only transport to hotels within 5 miles or to hotels listed on the lodging page.  Some restrictions apply.

Bike Shipping

    Must include return shipping label

If riders choose to ship their bicycle there are 2 options:

Option 1: Riders can have their bike assembled and delivered to the start of the tour on registration day. Upon completion of the tour we will pick up your bike from the finish, disassemble, pack and dropped off at the shipping point. Bikes must be received no later than Wednesday, July 15th for assembly. Your bike will be available at registration at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 23rd. This service is a $60.00 charge (Shipping charges are NOT included.)
Option 2: You can also choose to have your bike brought to the start point of the tour in its original shipping box for you to assemble. Tools are NOT provided. Shipping boxes will be stored at the Cortland YMCA at no charge and returned to the finish following the tour. Bicycles must be boxed and ready for shipping no later than 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 23rd. We will arrange for the boxes to be dropped off at the shipping point.There is no charge for this service. (Shipping charges are NOT included)
