Choose a tent size that suits you! Sleep on a thick, comfortable air mattress! (You provide your own sleeping bag, pillow, and/or linens)

- 7-days of hands-free, set-up & take-down service
- 7-nights rest on a thick, comfortable air mattress
- A fresh towel each day, AND a relaxing camp chair

Need that extra boost to help you break down camp? Why wait for breakfast to get your morning fix, we offer self-service coffee, tea or hot cocoa. Our Coffee Service includes a free travel mug that’s yours to keep! $35 for the whole week! Auburn Rotary Services
Airport / Train / Bus Shuttle- Registration Form
Shuttles are available to the start & from the finish at Syracuse Hancock International Airport, Syracuse Regional Transportation Center (train/bus) & Best Western Syracuse Airport Inn (Reservations Desk: 1-315-455-7362). One way & round trip service is available on select days only. The fee is $60/round trip and $30/one way- per person for this service. Some restrictions apply.

Lodging Delivery- Registration Form
Lodging Delivery is our exclusive, fee based service for guests staying at off-site LODGING. Each evening, after riders have collected their luggage, Lodging Delivery transports luggage, bikes, and riders from camp to select local off-site lodging locations. Sign-up before or during the tour! Either way– it’s easy, convenient, and most of all very affordable. This service is $15 per day. Some restrictions apply.

Dorm Delivery-Dorm Delivery Service Information Sheet
Dorm delivery is our exclusive, complimentary service for guests staying in campus dorms (where offered, see LODGING page for locations). Each evening, after riders have collected their luggage, and retrieved their key at the Information Tent, Dorm Delivery transports luggage and riders from camp to select campus dorms. Sign-up before or during the tour! Some restrictions apply.
Bike Shipping Services

Kingsbury Cyclery is our exclusive recipient of bicycles shipped for use on the tour. Kingsbury Cyclery will also work exclusively with High Country Shipping for all bicycles shipped to and from the tour. Please note the two options for shipping your bike to the Bon Ton Roulet:
- Option 1: Riders can choose to have Kingsbury Cyclery bring their assembled bike to the start of the tour while their reusable shipping box is stored in Elmira. Bike must be received no later then the last Wednesday before the start of the tour to ensure assembly. Bike will be available on Registration Day Saturday at 2:00pm. Kingsbury Cyclery will also disassemble and ship your bike back to you following the tour.
- Option 2: You can also choose to have your bike brought to the start point of the tour in its original shipping box for you to assemble. Tools are not provided. Shipping boxes brought to the start point will be stored at the Cortland YMCA at no charge and returned to the finish following the tour. Bicycles must be boxed and ready for shipping no later then 3:00pm on the final Saturday of the tour.

Kingsbury Cyclery will work exclusively with High Country Shipping for all bicycles shipped to and from the tour.
Please Note: Neither the Auburn YMCA-WEIU nor the Cortland YMCA accept bikes shipped to either facility. Please contact Kingsbury Cyclery and High Country Shipping for service options or questions.
